Small Block Chevy with Long Water Pump Only!
This bracket positions the alternator just above the lower radiator hose on the water pump. If early heads (without bolt holes) are used, a separate pivot bracket is required. If ‘69 & later heads are used the alternator pivot simply installs into one of the existing bolt holes in the end of the head. No drilling or tapping required. Great brackets for T’s and hot street cars with high RPM engines. The shorter belt is less likely to throw.
